RETURN, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY
At Lux D’Essence Spar, we want you to love every fragrance you purchase. Our refund and returns policy last 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopen and in same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging without being tampered with and must be accompanied by receipt of purchase. Items must pass our Quality Control inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 3 days of:
• Purchase date (for in-store orders)
● Delivery date (for online orders)
If your purchase included a free gift, the gift must also be returned unused. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Guidelines
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection status.
If approved;
● Refunds are issued only to the original buyer and payment method
● Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
● Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.
Please note: Items that are engraved, personalized, opened, or damaged after delivery are not eligiblefor return.
Also, Sales items are not refundable. Only original priced items may be refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives broken, faulty, or incorrect, please report it within 24 hours of receiving your package. We’ll arrange for a prompt replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged from our end. If same product, no extra charges. Customer cannot exchange to product of lesser value or they forfeit the balance. If higher value, customer pays the difference.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
How to Return or Exchange a Product
For In-Store Purchases: Visit the branch at Lux D’Essence@Spar where you have made your purchasewith the item and proof of purchase.

If you are unable to return in person, our team will help coordinate a return via courier. (note: return shipping fees may apply unless the item is faulty from our end).
Important Notes
● All returns must pass Quality Control before approval
● We are not responsible for lost or mishandled return packages sent via third-party couriers
● Products returned without original packaging or invoice may be rejected
