1. Are your perfumes authentic and genuine?
Yes, all perfumes sold at lux D’Essence spar are 100% authentic and sourced directly by licensed distributors and globally recognized fragrance houses. We do not deal in fakes, imitations or testers. Whenever you are shopping at lux D’Essence spar you can trust that you are getting original, sealed and verified products.
2. Do you offer same day delivery in Lagos?
Yes, we offer same day delivery in Lagos for orders placed before 12pm. Orders received after 12pm will be depending on the location of the buyer, or will be received the next business day. We also offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria in 2-3 business days.
3. Can I return or exchange a product?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exemption would be if the product is unopened, unused and in their original packaging and passing all our check processes. Please refer to our return policy for more details or contact customer support services for more information.
4. Do you sell perfume samples or testers?
We do not sell testers, but we occasionally provide free vial samples with certain purchases or during promotion. You can also visit us for in store scent testing before you buy.
5. How long does a perfume last?
Perfume longevity depends on the concentration, ingredients, application and your skin type. Try applying on your pulse points for better performance.
6. What’s the difference between parfum, Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?
The key difference is the concentration of fragrance oils, also known as “juice.” Parfum has the highest concentration, making it the richest and longest-lasting. Eau de Parfum (EDP) comes next, offering a strong, lasting scent with a slightly lighter feel. Eau de Toilette (EDT) is fresher and more suitable for everyday wear. Eau de Cologne (EDC) is even lighter, often used in men’s fragrances and fades more quickly. The higher the concentration, the longer your fragrance will last and the less you will need to apply.
